Mr. Akiumbeni Willy is program management specialist with over 12 years of experience in the humanitarian and development sector in Cameroon, Nigeria and Democratic Republic of Congo. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Nursing Science and Master’s Degree in Disaster and Risk Management from the University of Buea and professional certifications in project, program and financial management for development professionals and public policy analysis.

Mr. Akiumbeni has served as the Head of Department for Human Rights and Governance and Project Manager at Reach Out Cameroon, Country Manager at Unite for Health Foundation, Area Supervisor at Plan International, Supervisor of Independent Monitors and LQAS Surveyor at World Health Organization,  Field Coordinator in Public Health at Tuberculosis Reference Laboratory Bamenda, Data Information Officer at Regional Hospital Bamenda and Community Health Supervisor at Regional Technical Group for HIV/AIDS Northwest region. He has extensive expertise in the domains of public health, human rights and governance, protection, food security, research and proposal development.
